Shipping Policies

Our shipping provider is Royal Mail, standard delivery is Tracked 48 and upgraded shipping is Tracked 24. The estimated delivery time for these services is between 1 - 5 working days. Tracking numbers will be sent to the customer on dispatch. 

Due to external issues including postal strikes and the COVID-19 pandemic, our delivery service may experience periodic disruptions and delays. We will endeavour to update shipping times during any significant periods of disruption.  

A parcel is not considered lost in the post until 21 working days post dispatch. If you believe your parcel to be lost please contact us so that we may resolve the issue.
